Information
- Hours of operation; 10am
to 5pm (six days weekly – closed Tuesday)
- Rents due and payable
on the 1st of the month
- Payouts: monthly
- Village Collects and
pays all sales tax on items sold
- Village not responsible
for lost or stolen items
- Village pays all Visa,
MasterCard Charges; 5% charged to dealer; (discounted items are not allowed
to be charged)
- Layaways are for 30 days
– 25% down (dealer will be paid when layaway is complete)
- Overdue layaways: dealer
is refunded the deposit
- Quality merchandise must
be maintained (management has the right to enforce this standard)
- Re-Productions and as-is
merchandise must be marked as such (only a limited number will be allowed)
- Stocking of booths and
cases is allowed anytime the Mall is open
